Netball

Every Thursday’s straight after morning tea Room 21 headed towards the netball courts and met Liz.  She teaches us different strategies like defense and attacking.

Last week there was a different lady that taught us about defence. The place we were having lessons was in the hall. Room 20 and Room 21’s yr 8’s both were having lessons.

First we started off with a competition between Room 21 and Room 20 it was quite easy. Most people in our class was really good at netball. Especially the ones that are in a netball team. We were always the first class finished.

Netball skills are very important no matter what the weather. Because the last time Room 21 played netball on the courts it was so hot that I felt that I was going to die. Well I survived that session besides it was a terrible hot day and I could hardly concentrate.
