Tightly gripping his opponent in a perfect position.
Facial  expressions are on their faces as they try to strangle each other.
With great difficulty the wrestlers try to maintain their composure by trying to win the tournament.
Unexpectedly one of the wrestlers had been put into an arm-lock and was struggling to stay in the game.
Feeling hurt and sore, the wrestlers continued on wrestling with all the strength that they had left.

Thinking Ahead

Focusing hard as though it's her last time to compete in the Olympics.
Concentrating constantly and trying to aim for the middle of the target.
Concern is written across her face as she tries to figure out a way to win.
Thinking is all they can do in a situation like this, especially in the 2012 Olympics.
Their hearts beating fast as they nervously think about a strategy to hit the middle of the target. 

Valerie Adams

Valerie Adams is a New Zealand shot put gold medalist. She was born in Rotorua New Zealand. Her first time competing in the Olympics was when she was 14 years old. She competed at the World Youth Championship in 1999.
